Providence In-Home Care was founded in 2002 and licensed by the Maryland Department of Health as a Residential Service Agency (RSA) in 2003.
We are a premium provider of personal, nursing, and respite care services in the State of Maryland. We serve the senior population and adults over 18 years of age with disabilities and living at home. Our team of caregivers are thoroughly screened and trained to meet the diverse needs of our clients and work under the supervision of a qualified registered nurse licensed by the Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON).
We provide a wide range of nursing and personal care, and support services. The following chart outlines the specific tasks that our nurses and caregivers perform.

We serve the senior population and adults over 18 years of age with disabilities and living at home. Although we are licensed to serve this population in the entire State of Maryland, we mainly offer services in Prince George’s County, Montgomery County, Charles County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County, Calvert Country, St. Mary’s County, Baltimore City, and Baltimore County.
We realize that clients in remote areas sometimes find it difficult to find the services that they need at an affordable price. We strategically recruit and hire staff from all the areas that we serve in order to assure we can meet our clients’ needs and request within the geographical areas that we serve.

Wash and fold client’s laundry
Clean kitchen & dishes

Keep client’s bedroom and beddings clean

Prepare and set up healthy meals/snacks
Assist with feeding as needed
Encourage fluids

(Transportation is arranged with the client’s family.)

Assist to the bathroom

Empty colostomy/catheter bag
(No other colostomy/catheter assistance will be given by unlicensed staff.)
PERSONAL CARE (CNA/GNA/HHA)
Assist with bed/sponge bath, tub bath or shower
Shampoo hair as needed
Brush/combo/or braid hair
Oral care/brush teeth or dentures
Assist with wearing make-up
Clean and file nails
Provide skin care with non-medicated lotions
Take and record vital signs. Remind patient to take medication
